🔹 NAP (Non-Aggression Pact)
▪️ The top 20 alliances are under an
NAP agreement.
🔹 Base & Tile Hits
▪️ Attacking bases or tiles of alliances
within the top 20 is strictly prohibited.
▪️ If a violation occurs, the
affected alliance is allowed to return two hits after
leadership has been contacted.
▪️ The only time tile hits are
acceptable is during Capitol Conquests within the confines of the
contaminated area (MUD) for honors points. Regardless of intention, if you're in
the mud, you are considered free game. It's too much to police for everyone's
intentions.
🔹 Fair Play
▪️ No reinforcements are allowed to manipulate battle
outcomes unfairly.
▪️ Dirty plays, such as intentionally baiting hits or breaking
agreements, are not permitted.
🔹 Retaliation Policy (Ash for Ash)
▪️ If a player
ashes (destroys) a base, their own base
will be ashed in return.
▪️ Other violations will be met with
two retaliatory hits, but leadership must be contacted before any action
is taken.
🔹 Repeat Offenders
▪️ Players who
repeatedly violate these rules may be subject to
removal from their existing alliance for 24 hours.
🔹 Train Protection
▪️ Trains within the NAP top 20 alliances
cannot be attacked. However, trucks and secret tasks remain fair game for all players
until other servers begin to unlock..
🔹 Voting Participation
▪️ Leaders must vote within the
allotted time while maintaining a fair amount of time per vote (72 hours being
ideal unless considered an emergency). Failure to vote means forfeiting the right to
contest the outcome. This rule encourages leadership engagement in the server’s
Discord discussions..
